Opened in 2018, the market uses fluorocarbon free, Genestar Fireproof insulating panels.
Genestar Fireproof is a product that meets the conditions for curbing the use of goods that impact the environment in the environmental goods procurement policy established by the Tokyo Metropolitan government. They are used in areas all across Toyosu Market as insulating panels to aid in strict temperature control of fruits, vegetables, and marine products, and can be found in cold storage facilities, multi-level warehouses, processing, and packaging facilities.
In addition to low-temperature applications, our insulating panels are used in various business domains, with a solid track record in large-scale cleanroom products for the semiconductor industry and plans to support various other industries in the future.

In the development process of a new earthquake-resistant ceiling inspired by lessons learned from the Great East Japan Earthquake, we created NEQRES, an ceiling that helps minimize damage due to falling ceilings during earthquakes.
It incorporates our knowledge on creating a disaster-resilient future, incorporating elements such as the earthquake-resistant ceiling braces used in server rooms. We provide safe spaces by testing earthquake resistance in everything from large spaces with special designated ceilings, to NOHEYA booths designed for individuals.

The Tec Lab engineering center is a core product research and development facility where the next generation of personnel are trained to help Nikkei Panel Systems make the leap from a panel manufacturer to a spatial engineering company.
We opened a production facilities room and development and testing room so that we could flexibly respond to product development and prototype testing challenges, where we are hard at work on improving researching and testing to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Our operational technology department (aka: Operational Dojo) features a first and second floor well-style construction where we can assemble panels up to eight meters long.
This multipurpose facility allows us to verify installations at scale size, conduct training, and test and verify installation and construction methods.
